One treatment, initially used in Australia, for repeated blocked ducts
which I have found very useful is ultrasound. This is particularly
helpful when the blocked duct always occurs in the same area. Treatment
helps resolve the blocked duct, and seems to prevent new ones in the
same area.

The dose: 2 watts/cm sq, continuous, for five minutes to the affected
area once daily for up to 2 doses. I have usually found that if it
hasn't worked after two doses, it isn't going to work, and the diagnosis
should be reevaluated. The above dose is correct, though most
physiotherapists find it high. Most physios also will never have heard
of using this for this.
