First I should introduce myself.  My name is Lisa Powell-Sabinske.  I am an
RD and IBCLC (took the test in 2001). I've lurked here for two years and
have found your "advice" invaluable.  I work for WIC in rural IN.
Concerning the diclectin and low milk supply, I too was cursed with extreme
nausea and vomiting during pregnancy and took an equivalent drug for the
symptoms. Diclectin does contain docylamine, an anti histimine which
theoretically could reduce supply but I would also consider that the mom is
possibly dehydrated.  That along with the new pregnancy itself could be
contributing to low supply.
