At the following URL there is a document anyone may download, on good
practices for establishing breastfeeding.  The document says that Mary
Kroeger provided technical assistance in its preparation.  The Linkages
Project seems to be funded by grants from US Agency for International
Development, through the Academy for Educational Development, which I had
never heard of before I was alerted to this document by MIDIRS Midwifery
Digest.  It looks really useful, check it out.
