This is an alert to all whose messages occasionally bounce when you send
them to someone (OTHER THAN LACTNET).  Please be aware that the bouncing is
probably a function of the OTHER person's server.  Often this means it is
off line temporarily being upgraded, fixed, or whatever.  PATIENCE is the
key here.  Simply wait a day and resend and it will likely go through with
no difficulties.

Please note: LACTNET can do NOTHING about these bounces.  I know they can
be frustrating, but we would prefer that you not metnion the bounces on
