While I do agree that breastfeeding is in no way sexual I think that
most women do indeed find it very pleasurable and to some extent very
sensual. Whether or not this is an evolutionary advantage I don't know.
But if some one is madly in love with you  and going to nurture you and
watch out for your survival because of that love, then you do stand a
much better chance of your genes making it into the next generations
gene pool. I think that human emotions do play a large role in our
survival (or not ) as a species and in that way humans are different
than other organisms.
 On a lighter note, my grandma used to tell me that  God gave babies
their first smile at about 5 weeks for a reason. Just about the time you
think you cannot possibly handle the situation any longer, the baby's
entire face lights up in that toothless grin so you won't toss them out
with the bath water.
