Hi All and Happy Valentines Day!

I am helping to revise some breastfeeding info in a book and am finished
minus this one topic! I have searched the archives, but have gotten more
frustrated than anything else, as I often find that someone has asked the
same thing as me, but I can't find the answer! I think that happens because
not everyone understands the importance of copying and pasting the subject
line when anwering!

SO...this is my question:

Does the cow milk protein from moms glass of milk transfer into her
breastmilk more easily than when she eats a more fermented form of dairy,
like, per se, cheese?

I KNOW I read this somewhere and so have been advising moms not to "drink"
cows milk or eat ice cream post delivery, as the bovine protein gets thru
the breastmilk and is hard on their babies digestive tract and can lead to
more fussiness/gassiness.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE correct me NOW if I am in error so that I don't pass
this misinformation on in print! ASAP, if possible!!!

Thank you!!!!
