Yes personally! When my twins were born ( nos 4&5) I looked down and said "whoa where did these come from? " Stayed that way a few months.

Mother said her nipples were not this size before she got pregnant and she is a little alarmed at the size they have become. She asked me if her nipples would go back to their normal size after she has weaned. I told her that I have seen breasts become very large and go back down to prepregnancy size but I don't know about nipples. Does anybody have any experience in this that they can share?
