We were asked to check out this site and especially notice the "how long to
bf" and LLL info. I didn't see anything about LLL except it received one
"safety pin" which was not as favorable as a 3 safety pin recommendation.
The how long to bf may have been changed already, as it states boldly that
AAP recommends at least one yr. However....I found much worse there under bf
information/FAQ. For example how to increase milk supply: drink lots of
water, get rest, avoid caffeine, that's it. Also on how to tell if baby gets
enough, 3-5 wets and anywhere from one bowel movement per day to many times
per day is normal and even skipping a few days is normal, but with no time
frame given. Also she states that lactation consultants recommend breast
shells to correct flat nipples. And a very interesting commentary about type
of artificial nipple to use for bottlefeeding and why. Anyway, I surely
cannot recommend this site. www.milkexpress.com
