     I am not familiar with the study, but in regards to the part on the
duration of breastfeeding, I would check to see what the duration median
was.  Was it 6 weeks or 6 months?   We all know that "some breastmilk" is
better than "none",but statistically, those who receive nothing but
breastmilk for the first 6 months are going to show the biggest differences
in longitudinal studies.
