I have seen one pump that has both flanges attached to a bar with a handle.
One hand for the flanges and one hand to control the pump. Problem is,
every pair of breasts is different.
So why doesn't someone make an adjustable handle extension so mom can clamp
it onto the flanges to hold them in the best position/angle for her own
body? Yes, I know it's one more THING to use, but some might find it
useful. Inventors, anyone?
