What about finding some video footage of the crawling that Marshall Klaus describes? I found several links to a video script that credits Marshall Klaus as a Technical Advisor. The video appears to be made by/through Unicef so perhaps they have it available for sale somewhere? I don't know if this helps at all, but here's one of the links to the transcript and it has a picture as part of it but I don't think there's any link to the video itself on the sites but try searching "Marshall Klaus breast crawl" because I found a number of links to the transcript so one of the other sites might have a link to the video or information on how to obtain the video. I know that I saw video footage of the breast crawl when Marshall Klaus did a presentation at a LLL conference here in Southern California in 2001, so there is definitely a video out there somewhere.
