Barbara,

That was a timely post I just read of yours. Just yesterday, after reading your discussion on nipple shields in The Breastfeeding Atlas, I had planned to post this message and ask: is there any company out there which makes nipple shields with a teat height of 2cm and a wide base for moms with large nipples?  

If there is such a perfect shield out there, please let me know.
