I contacted my Medela rep a few weeks ago to find out more about their new
program for planting Medela-using moms on websites and social networking
sites. She said her computer was acting up and she would get back to me.

But she hasn't.

It makes me sad. Medela was good to me for many years when I was a pump
depot. I was instrumental in switching my hospital to their pumps. Today my
rep feels like she can't even get back to me?
