I would double check her bra, is there a seam across the breast?  Also, if
she is etting the plugged ducts on a monthly basis is it the same time? That is,
is she getting plugged ducts on a Tuesday ater a weekend of  nursing
full-time.  Rest, liquids, vitamin C and lecithin  might offer some relief.   Sara in
