When I talk in my classes about why we recommend nothing but breast in
baby's mouth at least the first month, I make the point about baby
swallowing "out of self-defense" with a bottle.  I then hold a bottle of
water upside down and let the see how it dripps out without doing anything
to it.  Seems to make an impression.
