I have a mom with 5 month old at the end of her prescription of Reglan.
During the day she on average can get 3 oz. but, at night is able to get as
much as 6 oz.  She has been using a scale to monitor intake when not pumping.
(works only 2 days).  She makes a big effort to stimulate her breasts 7-8
times/day (had been using fenugreek as well before reglan with a little
increase).  This had all been started when it was noticed that her baby lost
1 pound.....is back up over a pound gained.
Question:  Why would there be an increase in supply at night?  Once done with
the Reglan, what other avenues can she take if any.?  She is giving one
cereal a day and any supplement if needed.
