I have a mom with deep radiating breast pain that comes in waves, gradually
getting stronger ("my breast is is labor"). It started forty-eight hours
ago, lasted the night, and went away. Now it has just started again, during
a feed on the affected breast. Baby is 2 weeks old. The breast hurts to the
touch--mom is unable to use hot or cold compresses. Neither mom or baby has
had antibiotics. Can this be ductal yeast? An infection that comes and goes?
Thankyou for your thoughts.
