Hi all - does anyone have any ideas!  This mom of toddler has used oral and
topical antiobiotics and antifungals.  Has seen several physicians.  Has
used therapeutic ultrasound w/o response and diagnostic ultrasound has
failed to find cause.  Nipple on affected size is now 2x size of other.
Feels firmer.  No lumps.  Super sensitive.  Deep breast pain after
breastfeeding.  Oh - she has also tried nifedipine in case nipple vasospasm
tho sx not typical.  Nipple looks a little purple.  Mom states that after
pumping or breastfeeding she will see a 1-2mm white spot appear on nipple
tip.  Disappears soon after.  Problem started about 2 months ago.  Now
complicated by persistent plugged duct same breast - presumably blockage is
in nipple.  

I'm out of ideas.  Hopefully one of you Wise Ones will have an inspiration.
