Good morning. I realize that there are some problems getting Lactnet mail
especially for those receiving it in hospitals, at work, or with certain
mail servers such as Juno. Please pass this along...... It is from our
support team at Lsoft.

"As you note, it isn't your mailing list itself that's being
blacklisted by SORBS but our mail server at 209.119.0.21. Our
operations department is working with SORBS to resolve this, but it
is not clear how long this will take.

Here's a list of our mail servers which can be sent to email
administrators so they can be whitelisted:

     209.119.0.5 [gazelle.ease.lsoft.com] outbound list traffic
     209.119.0.21 [wildebeest.ease.lsoft.com] outbound list traffic
     209.119.0.43 [lime.ease.lsoft.com] outbound administrative traffic

Alternatively the entire Class C address range of 209.119.0.0/24,
which covers all L-Soft servers, could be whitelisted.

We do not allow our customers to spam, and those who do have their
contracts terminated and their lists deleted.

Let us know if you have any questions about any of this."

If anyone needs to, they may pass on this information to hospital IT
personnel. Please do not flood Lsoft with email,...pass it onto those who
can help, because Lsoft is giving us this premium listserv software for
nothing, and the support as well. Thank you for your understaneding.

Lsoft is working on communicating with Sorbs.net, and it is not within our
capability of being de-blacked listed quickly, but someone is working on it
who knows how. It is perplexing in the worst way.... Hope this helps.

Kindly, Kathleen
