I would like to say thank you so much to everyone who has so graciously
forgiven our huge mistake.

Most of you seem willing to forgive Dr. Sears for his wrong decisions and we
both appreciate this.
Some of you aren't quite ready to let him off the hook yet, and I appreciate
your integrity and demand for high standards.  You have asked for some
answers to several specific questions, and I am not the person to answer
them.  Dr. Bill is.

In a few days, Dr. Bill will post a letter on his web site that explains why
he did what he did.  This will be a completely different letter than any
he has previously sent.  He won't try to justify it, just apologize and
explain how we intend to move forward from here in full compliance with the
WHO code, with zero influence and zero money from any formula company, with
the support of the LLL Board of Directors, and hopefully the support and
encouragement of all of you.

Thank you all for keeping us accountable.  It shows you really care.
