The California Senate approved a bill to make it against the law to sell a
puppy younger than 8 weeks old. That’s 13 months in human years. It says
it’s very important for good social development and to ensure good
health... that the puppy needs important immunities from mom... It’s even
stated that it’s a public health concern to not have sick and poorly
behaved dogs around!!!!! Several other states and countries already have
this law. Hmmm, what about human baby rights and public/social health
concerns?
