At a conference, a surgeon suggested using a small ostomy collection bag to
collect the leaking milk. She says that the adhesive is not irritating to
skin and can be adapted to the need. It helps keep the surrounding skin (and
clothing) dry. I haven't talked with an Enterostomal Therapist abpit this
idea, but ETs tend to be enthusiastic about their work and are experts on
skin care.
