Hi Bonnie,

Why is this mom pumping and dumping when she is taking these meds????
She needs to get those babies back to the breast as quickly as possible.
As a matter of fact it will probably be easier for her to nurse the babes
than make up bottles.  Ibuprofen is compatible with breastfeeding
according to the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Carisoprodol, a muscle
relaxant and a central nervous system (CNS) depressant and Lortab do not
have the same disclaimer but probably could be used with caution in the
bf mom.  Be sure to monitor for increased drowsiness in the babes.  Let
us know how this turns out.
