I'm surprised you don't mention an IUD at all - good stats are hard to
find on double barrier methods, but as far as I can tell, an IUD should
be more effective in practice than double barriers.

Has anyone had any anecdotal experiences with the
progestogen-impregnated IUD (Mirena) having an impact on milk supply?
