Laura,
I give the research based storage guidelines, 8-10 hrs at room T (up to 24 for
colostrum), 8 days in fridge, etc. I feel it would be less harmful for a mom
to use older breastmilk than fresh abm. Teach much more stringent guidelines
for sick, preterm, hospitalized infants, and stress handwashing at all times,
of course.
