Pat,
The State of Vermont has been enjoying a grant from the USDA for a three year Loving Support breastfeeding initiative. We have had the Best Start team (includes Cathy Carrothers, thanks, Cathy) and others come to do training throughout the state. In general WIC funds most of our breastfeeding initiatives. We do have a website now, not as comprehensive as Texas but a beginning!
