I would refer to page 703 of  "Breastfeeeding Answers Made Simple" by Nancy
Mohrbacher for information about this condition.

Also, page 49 of "The New Bestfeeding: Getting Breastfeeding Right for You"
by Renfew, Fisher, and Arms for instructions on  using a sling for the
breasts to take the weight off mom and baby - have seen this used to great
affect by several moms with very large breasts.

This is probably an issue involving both possible medical intervention and
creative breastfeeding techniques. Let us know how it goes.
