"Pammy", thanks so much for sharing that story! I think it will be one that
really "sticks" for me, & stays with me as I see mothers. I can only imagine
how it must have felt for you to be in that position with your twins! And
thanks for sharing JoAnn Scott's words of wisdom.

It's these kinds of experiences, our own and those shared by colleagues as
well as the ones we learn from the mothers we work with, that are always
with us in our heads as we go about our work. We study the science and learn
from the research, but inside us are always all these other voices of the
women we've learned from. It's one of the things that makes us more than
just "breast techs".
