Hi Elisa,

I had a Mom who boiled her Starter SNS for 20 minutes every day for a
whole month.  It looked yellowed but it still was intact and worked fine.

I recommend boiling pump equipment 20 minutes once a day because that's
what the Medela instruction book states and I figure I'm covered that way.
 I recommend continuing until baby is 4 months because that's what the
Canadian Pediatric Society recommends.  I figure I always have to cover my
back with something in writing somewhere!
