I'm trying to search for studies and tools used to document the effectiveness
of interventions directed at hospital administrators.

Our state is requiring us (by statute - that's a whole other story) to develop a
training for hospital administrators whose data shows very low exclusive
breastfeeding rates. We want to evaluate the training and eventually put it
up on the California Breastfeeding and Healthy Living site.

I've found some tools to evaluate changes in attitudes - but they have been
for adolescents and for nurses...and they're pretty old...

Thanks!
