Fluoride is one chemical that has been known to initiate earlier female
puberty.  This has been known since about 1945 from the Kingston vs Newbergh
NY studies that were never completed, but that initiated US water
fluoridation.  Jennifer Luke Phd of England proved that fluoride heavily
accumulates in the pineal gland, lowers melatonin secretion and caused
female Mongolian gerbils to come to puberty earlier.
