After some initial breastfeeding problems, a mom of an 8 month old
(nursing like a pro) baby is into nursing for the "long haul". Last month,
her pediatrician asked her how long she plans to nurse. She said that she
didn't know, but was not planning to wean anytime soon. He said that she
better quit nursing soon because the baby will "strip her breasts". Can
anyone on the list please explain just how the breasts get "stripped"?
