It appears that non-subscribers can't get a copy of the charter by sending
"info lactivist" as I instructed.  If you want the Lactivist mailing list
charter, you will have to e-mail me, and I will send it out to you with my own
little fingers.  Sorry if this has caused anyone any inconvenience (other than
myself, harrumph, harrumph).
