I said something about this before, but when did this thread turn into a 
discussion about deciding who SHOULD and should NOT breastfeed? Who 
started talking about people making decisions about who is appropriate to 
breastfeed and who is not?

There was NEVER the intention in this thread to indicate that LC's should be 
deciding this for anyone. What I talked about originally was meeting the 
mother where she is and supporting her decisions: whatever they are.

Why does that happen with particular threads? Why the tangents?
