Dear Jay,

We had a women who admitted to smoking pot on her way in to give birth.
The staff did overreact.  (IMHO)  They called social services and tested
the baby's urine.  Thankfully it was clean and Mom and baby were
discharged home.  I am not sure what they were planning if the babe had
tested positive.
