I am curious why anyone would really "need" APNO?  I use it, but honestly we
have no scientific evidence that it works any better than using bactroban
ointment alone.  If you are using it for garden-variety chewed up nipples,
it should fill the bill....has antibacterial and antifungal properties.  I
believe Dr Smillie (another MD/IBCLC doing lactation only) uses it in that
situation.
