I bet this mother would be so interested to know about another mother
who had an almost identical situation -- lost most of one breast
(including the nipple) due to a severe childhood burn. She went on
to breastfeed all her children, including tandem nursing and nursing
*twins* exclusively with her one working breast. The breast without
a nipple went through engorgement and involution after each birth.

It's an amazing story and so inspiring. I love this line when she's
talking about nursing the twins -- it just makes me laugh: "I keep
thinking how much more time I would have on my hands if I had two
breasts to nurse with." That really puts all the complaints of
'normal' mothers into perspective!
