my personal opinion is that looking at the fat on top of any pumped sample
can be very misleading.  A fat layer on breastmilk usually looks thin,
remember breast milk has lots of water.  She can use breast compression
while baby is nursing, see Jack Newman's reprints.  Feed more often.  Let
baby stay on first breast until baby is finished (no arbitrary switching
time decided by mom), then offer 2nd breast.  Mom's diet should not be
super low fat.  See archives because there has been lots of discussion
