TLC is, as others have said, The Leader Connection, a closed list for
LLLeaders. I happen to co-maintain that list, alongwith Sue Ann Kendall, and
a few other devoted and very talented volunteers.

Kathleen Auerbach and I work on Lactnet, with Melissa Vickers being a
stellar help at times as well.  There is no connection between the two
lists, other than me, and the fact that the lists are housed at Ummed.
