I visited with a lady today who is 3 days postpartum. She says that she is pumping rose colored milk. Her pumping is minimal and for comfort after nursings. Her breasts are bruised bilaterally (high on the breast, and more bruising noted laterally, no nipple bruising) Denies pain, great latch, no nipple breakdown. Any ideas? I have never seen this. Mom is taking no blood thinners, steriods or ASA only PNVs
