...two moms who had a lot of engorgement after leaving hospital decided that the nurses need to tell them more than "you'll get engorged."!  Need to tell moms about how swollen and hard they may get, use  cold (using frozen vegges -peas, corn),  how to do RPS,  about cabbage leaves used briefly and so on.  It helps too for moms to know it is swollen breast tissue, not all milk that needs to get out.  One of my favorite things to tell moms is that the baby is puzzled about what to do because the landscape changed!  Pat in SNJ
