I think the increasing c-section rate is totally a breastfeeding issue. 
Please post links to the research about the benefits of a c-section.

Lets keep to breastfeeding issues.  There is some good research on either

side of this issue.  Some intelligent people (including myself), who
actively

support breastfeeding, would prefer a C-S.  (The increased risk of
respraitory

problems is negated by having the woman go into labor spontaneously first,
then

doing the C-S.)
