The question about an herbal let-down formula reminded me to mention
the non-herbal formula. Just for the new IBCLCs on the list--you can
still go to a compounding (usually owner-operated) pharmacy to have a
generic version of Syntocinon made up by prescription. For those
really difficult let-down cases, it can be used to teach or re-teach
let-down.

the firestorm yesterday and barely escaped with their lives.
