It is true that you could check with the nuclear medicine department.
But their answer is always to interrupt breastfeeding, and that can vary
from a few hours to days and sometimes weeks.  As usual, they prefer to
read the product insert and rather tell mothers to stop breastfeeding
rather than put themselves at "risk" for saying that the product insert
is overcautious.
