Dear fellow Lactnetters, I have a Mom now at 6 weeks is nursing great and wants to start using birth control. Her doctors told her that since she was doing well at this stage the birth control pill would not affect her milk supply. What are you telling your Moms? I told her it would affect her amount and even the mini pill causes production to go down. Am I telling her the wrong thing?
