It's not just one plastic surgeon!  It's the American Society of Cosmetic
Breast Surgery!  I agree that it's outrageous and offensive.  Why didn't
they just say, "This little fellow already appreciates a good RACK when he
sees one"?  Sickening.  I'm definitely writing a letter.
