Thank you, Laura, for suggesting that one of ILCA's excellent resources be 
used for nurse trainings.  It was formerly called "The First Fourteen Days," 
but one will have to use the new title to obtain the version which was 
revised in 2005:  "2005 Clinical Guidelines for the Establishment of 
Exclusive Breastfeeding."  This *is* a free download for anyone who visits 
the ILCA website.
