Its funny that the number 70%  came up  because at my community hospital ,
the breastfeeding rate has been 70%  for August, 65% for September, and 70%
for October.  Our deliveries went from 40 deliveries in December of 1995 ,
before our remodling to 16 LDRP, to 140 this past August and 98 breastfeeding
mothers.
