Hi all,
They add HMF to mother's milk at Rush (Paula Meier's NICU) too.  The  
hindmilk just cuts down on the use of MCT oil and polycose for adding  calories.
Dr. Wight is right.  HMF is all about protein and other nutrients, not  
really calories.
