I have seen two women who had "marginal" milk supplies before the Mirena who
hen had noticable decreases after it was inserted. (within a week or two)

We tried all the usual measures to increase supply, and both women decided
to have them removed. Milk came back up.

you just can't predict who will or won't have problems, but in these two
women neither one had an abundant supply to start with. But they had enough
until the Mirena.
